President of Spain?

Spain hasn't had a President since 1939 (or 1977, if you include the Republican government in exile during Franco's rule). Mariano Rahoy is its Prime Minister; the head of state is (currently) King Felipe VI, who succeeded his father Juan Carlos I following the latter's abdication in 2014.

Point No. 2: to say that the first two names are required for a correct answer goes against the established convention of MQL (and most other similar competitions), which is that only the surname is required. "Rahoy" alone should have been sufficient.
